Hello everyone,&nbsp;
I am Liv from Hungary, been living and working here close to a decade now. I have grown up with dogs and cats and pretty much a house full of animals.&nbsp;
My current lifestyle (I travel a fair amount) doesn't allow me to have a little friend myself, but I very much miss this company from my everyday life. I regularly look after my friend's dogs (the 2 Frenchies on the pictures) and those are the best times.&nbsp;
I got stuck in Hungary during the pandemic when my Mum decided to have a dog. I was adamant I could maintain a healthy distance to this cute little puppy once I needed to head back to the UK. oh boy... how wrong I was... Because of how the lockdowns worked out I spent way more time out there than planned. She became my little companion on my everyday walks (which obviously became her favourite thing) and invested a lot of time in training her (and the family)..&nbsp;
She fell gravely ill in December 2022, I threw everything and flew out straight away and the coming 2 months we were trying everything we could in our power to save her. Thanks to the amazing veterinary team (the vet is her favourite place now) and her stubborness she is fully recovered. Along with that she is now on a special diet and every breath of hers is very closely monitored by the family.&nbsp;
All this experience gave me a new aim, I would like to take on a dog training course and potentially later therapy dog course and leave my current corporate job while helping others taking care of their pets.&nbsp;
I will only take care of vaccinated dogs and cats.&nbsp;

About the services:
Monday-Wednesday - I am only able to take home visits and walks outside of my working ours (working hours 9-5.30pm locally), but able to do housesitting if you are happy for me not to be present during my working hours.Thursday -Sunday - Able to provide doggy daycare along with the other services as I am working from home on those days.&nbsp;

I offer both pack walks (up to 4 dogs) for the socialte, and solo walks for those who prefer  or need to walk on their own. Walks are typically 1-hour but I also offer 30 minute walks for young puppies or senior dogs.
I tailor the walking activities to your dog's personality and physical capabilities. The key is to make the walk an enjoyable and enriching experience for your furry friend.
Where practical, I try to explore different routes to keep things interesting. Dogs love to discover new scents and sights. I encourage lots of "sniffing time" during the walk. Dogs rely heavily on their sense of smell, and allowing them to explore scents can be mentally stimulating.
As part of the walk, I like to bring along toys like a frisbee or a ball and stop at an open area, and engage in some interactive play.
After each walk, I give the dogs a towel down to remove excess muck and water.

I have many years of experience with dogs.I grew up with a Hungarian Vizsla and my love for dogs started there.&nbsp;
Since living in England I did not have my own dog, but I’ve been looking after friends and neighbours pets for over 10 years while they are away.&nbsp;
I also volunteer for the Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare where ex racer dogs are waiting for their forever homes. I found it very rewarding.&nbsp;
I’m working at a Dental Practice Monday to Wednesday and it is giving me a great opportunity to do what I really love, to look after dogs over the weekend in my free time.&nbsp;

I rehomed my beloved German Spitz from Battersea Dogs Home when she was 4 years old, and we shared 8 wonderful years together until she passed of old age in March 2024. Over the years, I also had a Chihuahua and a small crossbreed. Hi! My name is Georgia O'Malley, I’m a recent Biomedical Science graduate, now living at home with my brother. I’ve grown up with my own little family of cats over the years, including Milky, my 15-year-old companion. Recently, I had the responsbility and caregiving job of bottle-feeding, playing and caring for three orphaned kittens — Bruno, Thelma, and Louise — who are now thriving at 1 ½ years old. I’ve gained a lot of experience administering medication and making sure they’re happy and healthy. I genuinely love spending time with animals and believe in treating them with all the care and attention they deserve to keep their days enjoyable and fulfilling.
Despite not ever owning a dog, I have many friends and family members who have dogs that I love helping to take on walks round the park and playing with, training them (trying to!) and having cuddles on the sofa :)
