"I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, the sitter was professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my cats' needs and personalities.
There was a small hiccup with the automatic feeder,which Jo resolved promptly, ensuring my cats were not over fed.
Throughout the entire period, it was evident that my cats received plenty of love and attention. Jo took the time to play with them, giving them the social interaction they crave. When I returned home, my cats were relaxed and happy, which is a testament to the care they received.
As an added bonus, my plants were still alive and our house was also well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Jo.The quality of care, attention to detail, and commitment to my pets' well-being exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her services again in the future!"

"Fiona looked after our 2 cats while we were away over the holiday break. From start to finish her service was absolutely 5 star, our cats were very well looked after and Fiona communicated on a daily basis to keep our minds at ease about them. We received daily updates and photos which we were definitely grateful. I would have no hesitation in booking Fiona again!"

"Simona took care of our elderly dog Tango for 2 days and took him for 3 walks. She was confident and comfortable handling my big dog and they both bonded well quickly. I liked that Simona asked detailed questions, took notes, and followed everything we asked of her. She took care of Tango very well and kept us updated after every walk. I would be glad to ask her again the next time we need someone to help with our dog. "

"Entrusted Lily to make twice daily visits to feed and pet my two fluffy cats. We arranged a meet and greet first for which Lily was promptly on time and very polite. She immediately took to the cats, introducing herself and petting them. My cats were very happy and relaxed on my return. I’ll definitely look to make use of Lily’s services again."

Our intro meeting was very good and she came prepared to understand their routine and how she could help. She sent us updates daily with lovely photos of them having a great time together. "5 out of 5 pussy cats prefer Ingrid & Tonia when their humans are away.
All the cats had a lovely time with Ingrid & Tonia while we were away. They spent generous amounts of time with the cats and lots of fuss and cuddles were had all round.
We really appreciated the piccies and messages letting us know how everyone was doing.
It is also the little things, like noticing some food in the fridge was close to its date and popping it in the freezer.
They were also flexible with our slightly changeable schedule!
Really happy with our first booking and look forward to having them look after them all again soon."

"Matt is a lovely guy, and took the time over Christmas to look after our chickens. He was communicative, punctual and reliable.
