"Melani is the best ! It was super easy to plan a meet & great, we had a really nice chat that made us fully confident to leave our furry friends to her during our 17 days holidays. Our cat came to cuddle her on first meeting and when she car later to pick the keys, which is not usual for him. She gave us news on each visit and we came back to a happy rabbit and cat with clean litter box and a clean floor (our cat tends to be messy with his litter). I’m really happy with the care she provided and hope she’ll be available for our holidays in the summer. "

"Monica has looked after my cat multiple times now and every time I arrive home he is always happy which makes it easier leaving him knowing he is well looked after, I always receive a message and a photo so I can see how he is doing and my cat loves when Monica visits. "Claire was amazing with my boy! She's got a natural affinity with animals and my cat took to her straight away. She gave me updates throughout the day letting me know that she'd topped up his water and sent videos and pictures of him, which bought me so much joy.
I felt completely safe and happy having Claire look after Blue and having her in my home. She's a wonderful pet sitter and clearly has a big heart. 100% recommended her pet sitting services. I'll definitely be booking her again. Thanks so much Claire! "

"I recently had Ruth take care of my cat, Hongbao, while I was away for the weekend, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Ruth was very professional and friendly, I returned home to a happy and relaxed cat, and I could tell that Hongbao had received excellent care.

"Pooja took great care of our two cats while we were away, including cleaning up after them when they were sick. She sent updates every time she visited, including pictures and videos, and obviously enjoyed hanging out with the cats and giving them attention as well as just feeding them. Pooja was proactive in ensuring the cats were comfortable during the heatwave while we were away, and did extra things like putting out the bins and watering the plants for us. I'd definitely get her to catsit for us again."

"We used Suzie to look after our two cats while we were away. Both of them are very shy and scared of strangers.. Her service was absolutely flawless. "I cannot recommend Jess highly enough! She recently babysat my four rabbits and two gerbils for eight days while I was on holiday, and her care was nothing short of exceptional. Jess went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, visiting twice before I left to fully understand all the steps and get to know the bunnies properly. "We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.

Lily (the cat) definitely warmed up to her which was great to hear as she can be a bit nervous of new people! I came back home to a very happy cat. "Firstly I have to say that this is my first experience using any cat sitting service. Unfortunately it started badly and my booking was cancelled just 4 days before I was going away! Pawshake did nothing to help.... and my stress levels were stratospheric...but Lisa SAVED THE DAY!🙏🏾
Thank goodness for Lisa is all I can say, as she made us feel much more comfortable about being away because of her calm and kind nature.
My rescue is a stray street cat with lots of quirks - I mean, he's a cat! I left Lisa a very specific do's and don'ts list due to it also being Mr T's first time without us as well - so keeping routine is v.important.
Lisa was great at communicating, very patient, accommodating, helpful and really genuinely felt she cared for my furbaby. This isn't just a 'job' to her! And she earned Mr T's trust in a short space of time.
I highly recommend Lisa - she's really personable and understanding too. I wouldn't hesitate to book Lisa again."
