I can walk your dog locally or head off to a near by forest or park. My house has been home over the years to dogs ( boxer then chihuahuas), 2 moggie cats, budgies, parrot , zebra finches and gouldian finches, hamster, pet rat , pet snail the list goes on. Local walks&nbsp; include Strathaven park, the castle and the local duck pond ( a country side walk) or a longer walk to the Heron. I have years of experience looking after family pets and although new to this app have been offering this service now for a couple of years. I can offer dog walking at the weekends. I have over 35 years experience as a nurse so giving medication is not a problem. Full disclosure has been done with my job. I can provide a drop in service for cats. If you're cat wants to play, snuggle chin rub that's great but if they want their own space that's fine . After all it is there own home. I can offer daily or twice daily (if local ) cat visits. Looking forward to giving you a stress free holiday.&nbsp;I am a trustworthy responsible person, your pet will be in good hands. I will take all measures needed to ensure your pet is well looked after. Overnight cats and dogs must be good with other dogs. There is a little chihuahua in the house. Regular visits from Fawkes a&nbsp; pug and Skye a miniature Dashound.

I am offering pet sitting within the pets own homes. From my expierience, many pets are not keen on the change from a life on the couch to a week in the kennels so offering to pet set within the pets home stops the stress from the upheaval and move.&nbsp;
I have owned a multitude of animals through out my own life from hamsters all the way up to horses. Including other small furries (hamsters, guinea pigs and rabbits), reptiles (crested gecko, chameleon and tortoise), dogs, cats, horses and a veriety of different fish.&nbsp;
I originally got into the animal world outside of my own pets by the age of 14 where I started volunteering within a horse-riding school/equestrian centre. I also have experience working in a family greyhound racing kennels from the age of 14. From there I took on a job at a private horse yard and breeding kennels when I was 16. In this role I was working myself with over 15 horses and 20 dogs. For the horses we travelled up and down the country and parts of Europemeeting a variety of people from different backgrounds. &nbsp;


Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I can't imagine a day without them. From fish and rabbits to cats and dogs, I've owned a variety of pets, each bringing their own unique personalities and traits. 

Over the past six years, I've dedicated my free time to volunteering at a cat shelter in Glasgow and a pet boarding centre in Edinburgh. These experiences deepened my understanding of animal care and behavior, and in April 2023, I decided to turn my passion into a profession by starting Katie’s K9s.

Katie’s K9s offers dog walking and pet sitting services during evenings and weekends, perfect for those working shifts or attending events outside the typical 9-5 schedule. Additionally, I really like running so if the dog is energetic we can run together!My house is a medium sized apartment recently refurbished with space for your pet to feel comfortable. It's on the ground floor so there aren't any risks of fall. I don't have exposed electricity wires and nothing small is at the pet's reach. I live with my boyfriend who will help to look after your pet.Overall it's a quiet and cosy house.The services I can provide are: Doggy day care, Dog Boarding,&nbsp; Home visits, House sitting. I don't have pets and your pet will have my company from the start to finish without interruptions. I can supervise your pet the whole time!&nbsp;


Hi, I'm Eve. I absolutely adore dogs, I have my own 2 energetic pups; Jupiter (border collie) and Polo (BeagleXPoodle). I am 20 years old and dog boarding/daycare is my main occupation. I live in a countrified area - there are many walks to go on and multiple parks nearby. My dogs are great with other dogs of any age, size and breed, they are very friendly and love an extra pal to play with.&nbsp;
My services include day care and boarding in my own home. I am capable of caring for puppies as well as in-training and fully trained dogs. I can have up to 5 dogs per day (not including my own 2).
I am at home all hours every day of the week (exception of Sundays where I am away for a few hours in the morning) caring for my own dogs and those that come to stay so your pup will have my full attention.&nbsp;
Because my dogs are very active we love to go on long walks multiple times a day, we tend to be out 1 1/2 to 2 hours in the morning and 1 to 1 1/2 hours in the afternoon then a shorter walk in the evening, however I am flexible to cater to your dog and can shift around the times as well.&nbsp;
I do live in a house with other family members (all adults) but I have an area specifically used for the dogs and my own door exiting out of the house. I use a decent sized room that leads out on to a secure fenced garden for the dogs to stay in. We love to play fetch and tug of war in the garden during the day and my dogs love a game of wrestling. The dogs will only be left on their own together at occasional points in the day for a few minutes at a time. Dogs are allowed to sleep anywhere; the couch, the bed and etc.

I would like to start working with animals as I could spend every single minute of my day with them and it could never be enough, so why not get paid for it? I have a experience with a large number of animals of every shape , breed and size. I currently have my own cats, dogs and horse and have has small animals and chickens. I have worked at stables, kennels and in a cattery throughout the years. My mum trains guide dogs so I have experience of assisting with this and a good knowledge of dog training. All pet visits can include feeding, playing, emptying cat litter trays, letting puppies out for the toilet, any medication required and any else that may be required.

Yes, professional involved in environmental sciences, doggie proud dad, and had experience with birds sitting before. I have a 2yrs doggie, who is shy with other people until he gets to trust them, but really happy when playing with furries. He is curious too! Always lived with other animals before, back in my country.
Considering I live alone with my doggie, my flat has quite a space to look after other pets, and due to my flexible work environment I spend most of the time at home. The flat has a green area just behind the building, as well as near Strathclyde Country Park which will offer 6k of fun walk for pets. Every pet is different and I understand the feeling of leaving them behind when holidays or do not have enough time for them. So I like to keep owners updated with pics and vids of their dogs habing fun and any dietary requirements or maybe any special needs are quite open to follow.
Apart from doggies I have experience looking after cats too, my bestfriend has 4 so far. Also birds, had a budgie before, yes only one, and we became best friends over the time.
