"Dianne was absolutely fantastic, did everything I asked for & more. Updates, photos & videos provided as promised, & most importantly of course, my cat Joseph (who doesn't really tend to take to people quickly...) seemed to love her, & I have come home from holiday to a very happy cat! I can't express the peace of mind I had on holiday knowing Dianne was looking after him. Very reasonable rates too, if you need a pet sitter - rest assured Dianne will treat your pet like her own, & I will definitely be asking her to look after my boy next time I go away. "We recently used Isadora for the first time to look after our two boy cats while we were away on holiday, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial meeting, Isadora exuded professionalism and genuine care for our furry family members.
During our time away, we received daily updates complete with photos and videos, which greatly put our minds at ease. It was clear that our cats were not just being fed and cleaned up after, but they were truly being cared for and loved. "Alena took really good care of my three cats. They were all chilled and happy when I came home, particularly my eldest cat who was super zen which made me so happy. Alena made sure all of their needs were met, from the different food, the places to eat, and who has supplements. She clearly cares and she does a thorough job. I was a bit apprehensive about leaving my dogs with someone they’ve never met, but Rhys put my mind at ease by sending me plenty of photos of them having fun with him, going on walks . I really liked the fact he provided me with very detailed written updates too.
