"Emily visited our house once a day over three days to feed our cat, volunteered to empty the litter try although this was not explicitly requested, and made helpful observations for us regarding her well-being. She messaged us after each visit, and was very pleasant and straightforward to interact with. Would most definitely recommend her!!"

"Pooja took great care of our two cats while we were away, including cleaning up after them when they were sick. She sent updates every time she visited, including pictures and videos, and obviously enjoyed hanging out with the cats and giving them attention as well as just feeding them. Pooja was proactive in ensuring the cats were comfortable during the heatwave while we were away, and did extra things like putting out the bins and watering the plants for us. I'd definitely get her to catsit for us again."

"We used Suzie to look after our two cats while we were away. Both of them are very shy and scared of strangers.. Her service was absolutely flawless. She kept us up to date through whatsapp and one of our cats warmed up to her quicker than she normally would. "I cannot recommend Jess highly enough! She recently babysat my four rabbits and two gerbils for eight days while I was on holiday, and her care was nothing short of exceptional. Jess went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, visiting twice before I left to fully understand all the steps and get to know the bunnies properly. Her dedication and attention to detail were evident from the start.

"We got our kitten Marriott last July, and due to CoVid this was the first time we had needed to get a cat sitter whilst we went on holiday. We had planned on using a cattery but we left it too late and they were all booked up. We discovered Pawshake and came across Emma and we are glad we did. Emma met us before we went away and she was able to stroke Marriott which gave us comfort. Throughout our trip Emma kindly sent us photos and updates allowing us to enjoy our holiday. Emma even offered to get us some fridge supplies before we returned. We are glad we used a cat sitter as it allowed our cat to stay in its normal surroundings. We have no hesitation in recommending Emma and will use her on our next holiday.

"Natalia looked after my cat while I was on holiday. She was brilliant - gave me daily updates with photos and info on how my cat was each time she visited. Lily (the cat) definitely warmed up to her which was great to hear as she can be a bit nervous of new people! I came back home to a very happy cat. "Firstly I have to say that this is my first experience using any cat sitting service. Unfortunately it started badly and my booking was cancelled just 4 days before I was going away! Pawshake did nothing to help.... and my stress levels were stratospheric...but Lisa SAVED THE DAY!🙏🏾
Thank goodness for Lisa is all I can say, as she made us feel much more comfortable about being away because of her calm and kind nature.
My rescue is a stray street cat with lots of quirks - I mean, he's a cat! I left Lisa a very specific do's and don'ts list due to it also being Mr T's first time without us as well - so keeping routine is v.important.
Lisa was great at communicating, very patient, accommodating, helpful and really genuinely felt she cared for my furbaby. This isn't just a 'job' to her! And she earned Mr T's trust in a short space of time.
I highly recommend Lisa - she's really personable and understanding too. I wouldn't hesitate to book Lisa again."
