"Luke was absolutely fantastic with our cat, Luna. He sent daily updates with photos and videos, and she seemed happy and comfortable. It is always stressful to leave Luna behind when we are away, but we now feel totally confident leaving her in Luke's care because we know she will be well looked after. "Paulina was absolutely brilliant. She visited our cat twice as we went away for the weekend. She did all we asked for and even went extra mile when Basil decided to make a bit of a mess in the leaving room. She contacted us and washed the blankets.
