We have used Pawshake previously to look after our two adored cats. Through our positive experience, we are keen to offer this service to other cat and owners in our area (North Bristol). We know how important it is to have peace of mind and be reassured that our pets are being well looked after while we are not at home.
I have many years of experience looking after dogs and cats for friends and family. Feeding, walking and offering cuddles if wanted. When I was younger I travelled around the UK and Canada house and pet sitting, both dogs and cats. This is one of the best jobs I've ever had.
My teenage son, Lansana and I love animals and our cats, who have just turned 4, are important members of our family. We would like to spread the love to other pets and be rest assured they are in good hands with us. We are not able to take pets into our home at the moment, but we are more than happy to walk and look after your cats or/and dogs in and around your own home.


Hello! I'm a friendly and responsible Primary School Teacher living in Bishopston, Bristol. Please note that I work in the day term time, so would only be able to provide services in a commutable distance form BS7 as I don't drive.&nbsp;I love all animals but unfortunately I'm now allowed my own fluffy friend at the moment so I would love to care for yours. I'm available to come to your house and dees and walk pets. The dream is to one day have a golden retriever and a cat that some how learn to love eachother. I've had pets my whole life so can be trusted to know how to look after yours. I'm a 37-year-old artist, illustrator, and graphic designer who has the luxury of working from home. With my own car, I can easily get around Bristol and beyond. Before becoming a full-time artist, I spent 12 years as an art and design lecturer. My husband and I recently relocated to Bristol from South Africa with our two wonderful dogs, Onna and Buckley. They're fully vaccinated, spoiled with love, and truly the best fur babies.
Pet sitting is a natural fit for me because I’m absolutely passionate about animals, and my flexible work schedule allows me to provide care from anywhere. I’ve cared for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, tortoises, budgies, and even meerkats. I particularly enjoy walking dogs, playing fetch, and curling up for a movie night with a lap full of pets!
I also have experience with special needs animals. My beloved Barnabee, who passed away, had seizures and kidney issues in his later years, so I’m familiar with the extra care and attention that some pets require. I’m not afraid of cleaning up after messy pups, and I know how to "pet-proof" a house for curious little mouths. I speak fluent English and have no issue with pet cams.


Having grown up around dogs in the family since I was born, I have really enjoyed looking after them, walking them and learning about their personalities when I was old enough for the responsibility. I have been able to adapt to their different temperaments whether they have been high energy (a bit like Tigger), nervous dogs and ones that enjoy sitting back and enjoying the calm life.
I have an 10 month old Cockerpoo, Lottie who loves spending time and playing with other dogs and enjoys a good run around in the park. She is due to be spayed in November 2024 so currently unable to look after un-neutered male dogs.
Drop off and pick up times are flexible for doggy day care options and walks/drop ins can also be flexible. All walks are an hour (unless determined by age for younger pups).

My names Charlotte, I'm 30 and I've recently moved to Bristol from London. 
I love animals and I have experience with pets, particularly dogs and small animals. I grew up with a dog from the age of 5 until I was a teenager and absolutely loved growing up with a pet and having animals around. I don't currently have any pets of my own, but my parents are dog sitters, so they often have dogs around when I go home to visit too. I also had small pets growing up such as Guinea pigs and hamsters so I am also comfortable being around smaller animals. I am also currently taking an animal therapy course, so I am really interested in gaining more experience with animals (even on a one off, or short term basis). 
At the moment I have a pretty flexible schedule as I am still new to Bristol and looking for work, so I am available for day time walks and sits and happy to do drop ins to check on your pet (I can only sit in the owners home at the moment).
