Hello I'm Ami Patel and I love dog sitting mostly because of the heartwarming feel of having a furry friend and being able to start bonding with them!
I am a mother of 2 and both my kids love dogs and my husband also love dogs, especially my elder daughter! We have had experience pet sitting for a beagle called Tiger Lily and we have taken her for countless walks, had her overnight a multiple times and we also have family and friends with dogs and we love spending time with them
We only take vaccinated dogs/puppies so it's safer not only for us but also the doggy so that we know that we can keep them safe! 
Me and my family love dog sitting as it helps us show our love for pets! We live in a flat so we don't have a garden but don't worry we have many fields and parks very local to us which we take Tiger Lily and other pups to when we have them over! The parks are perfect for long walks and we look forward to taking many pups there!! 
My daughter has also has had experience with her cousins Cockapoo called Nico and she loves taking him for walks!
Our family consists of 4! Me (Ami) my 15 year old daughter, my husband and my 10 year old son! We also have this mountain area nearby to us so we can also go there for walks as it's lots of open space and good for long walks.

I have a distinction in a level 3 daycare and boarding OCN qualified course from a leading training provider. I am also first aid canine trained and certified and have also undertaken additional dog obedience courses. (Certificates can be provided on request.) All of which has enabled me to understand how dogs learn and how best to cater for their unique needs ensuring I provide them with the best care. All training kept up to date to remain current with standards and legislation.I have experienced of caring for a wide range of dog breeds such as German Shepherds, Border Collies, Labradors, Shiba Inu, Maltese, Cavapoos, Cockapoos, Spaniels, Terriers and loads more.&nbsp;
My home consists of my own garden with a 8ft brick wall fence. I live close to numerous parks, large open fielded spaces that are mostly private. These  are fantastic for nervous dogs or under socialised dogs. Some of which consist of lakes should your dog enjoy a swim. Brillant in all types of weather , all year round, as they are well maintained spaces. For your peace of mind and your dogs saftey I am privately insured with a leading pet insurance provider.&nbsp;
I can cater for all dogs, whether they're high energy or if they need extra rest or sleep for extended periods of time. Whilst I appreciate the former, I cater for the latter too.For dogs with a lot of energy, a typical day with me consists of a couple of long walks. Some mental stimulation, obedience training to reinforce what they know or teaching of tricks. For low energy dogs, I can stick to short walks, tummy rubs, cuddles, and massages. Daily videos and photos will be sent to you for the duration of their stay.&nbsp;

We focus on gentle socialisation and playing, with many young dogs not having been able to socialise enough during Covid lockdowns. If you continue to work from home, it can be helpful for your dog to have a change of scenery and to meet new people and play with different dogs in a safe and well-supervised environment.

Induction Process
My focus is on dogs’ comfort with the appropriate blend of small companion dogs, getting to know my home, garden and some of the other dogs in my care. Unfortunately, boarding bookings for dogs who have not completed the induction process are not possible. If you have a holiday coming up, let's get the induction process completed to enable you to schedule a lovely holiday for your dog while you are away.
1 – One hour meet and greet for owner(s) and dog(s).2 – Four hour familiarisation session with you here for first half hour.3 – Eight hour day (or) overnight stay if you will be boarding.
One overnight stay is required before a longer-term boarding booking is accepted to ensure your dog will be comfortable.

Before Booking

Your dog should be at least one year old.
Please ensure your dog is housetrained.
Proof of being neutered / spayed.
Proof of annual vaccinations including kennel cough.

You Provide

Dog food that your dog normally eats.
Lead, collar/harness with ID tag.
You are encouraged to bring your dog’s bedding and favoured toys to ensure your dog feels at home.
Any necessary medicines and instructions.


During Your Dog's Stay

Lap of Luxury tags with our phone number attached to collar while in our care.
Daily pictures and updates.
Facetime/Whatsapp video calls with your dog when boarding.
Minimum of two 20-minute walks per day (or equivalent active playing in garden) during an eight-hour day care session; a third walk (or equivalent) per 24-hour stay in local parks and woodlands.
'Lead-always-on' policy during walks.
Coat brushed, paws, ears and eyes checked and cleaned daily.
Hills hypoallergenic treats and dried sprats (fish) provided with your permission.

Hello Casey here!I have had animals all my life from a horse, dogs to even the cutest little dwarf bunny, as such this has gifted me over 20 years of experience in caring for my own. So, I figured why not share the love and experience I have for animals with other people in my local area who need a little helping hand with their pride and joys, their fur babie/s!? Which is why I have chosen to become a pet sitter.&nbsp;Animals are a true blessing to be given and as such there are moments where the pressures of every day life; work, family, etc lead it to become a bit much. Therefore trying to prioritise time with your little friend can sometimes pose rather challenging. So why not know you can lean on someone you truly can trust with your fury friend and be there for them even if it's something as basic as a walk or care and play with them for a few hours while you have a meeting out of town for example. I would love to be that person for you and your fur babie/s!Services I offer are:*Dog walking walking them close by to your home&nbsp;*Doggy Day care looking after your dog in my home while you may be at work or running errands for a few hours.&nbsp;- I have a dog ramp for either a more senior dog or dogs who would benefit from a ramp rather than jumping up due to being prone to back problems.- A dedicated sofa bed as I find most dogs sometimes prefer that vs their own dog bed.- I have dog bowls which can make it easier for you as well as dog treats that are age appropriate unless you advise differently.- There is a lovely big open field just across my home where I would take your dog for a walk and play during their visit.&nbsp;- Rest assured there will be no other dogs in my home during your dogs visit.*Home visits when I come to your home and look after your dog for a 24hr period. You can book this for more dates if you require, however this will of course be subject to my availability.Additional service:&nbsp;*Day care for rabbits or bunnies&nbsp;- Dedicated space in the home for their cage.- They will be taken out to room in the home.- Rest assured there are no wires on floors or anything that could be of harm to them whilst roaming in the home.
