"We cannot recommend Rich highly enough. He looked after our pets (cat & dog) exceptionally well during our week away. He provided daily updates, photos and video clips as to how they were getting on; it was very reassuring to get the updates and see how content and well looked after they were. I’d left pages of instructions and Rich followed them to the letter! Rich dealt amazingly well with our fiesty rescue cat George, administering meds and cleaning up vomit. And he showed such kindness and sensitivity to our rescue dog who can still sometimes find new situations a bit overwhelming. Rich was very professional and flexible - our flight out was cancelled (so plans needed to be rescheduled) and we were slightly delayed coming back. We came home to two very happy pets, a clean and tidy house and Rich had even got us in some bread, milk & eggs in case we got back late. So thoughtful & very much appreciated. Rich went above and beyond, in not only caring for our pets, but making sure we were well informed, reassured and, once we got home, well fed! Thank you."

"Sophie has been a great dog-sitter for our two dogs (a Jack Russel Terrier and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier). Sophie has been with them for 10 days and when we came back we find them very good and happy. So many thanks to Sophie for all you have done for our dogs and for keeping us updated while we were away. We definitely re-want Sophie in our house. Thank You so much Sophie."

"We left our two dog children and our home in the very capable hands of Alessa while we travelled abroad. She sent updates and photos which gave me the reassurance and peace of mind I needed. The dogs were loved and spoiled and she followed all of our instructions and left our place perfectly tidy and clean. We arrived home to happy and healthy dogs. Overall Alessa was a great help sitting for us and I wouldn't hesitate recommending her and booking her again!"

"Our dog Kojak was in love with Lydia from the moment they met and he is very particular about who he will go to. Felt very happy leaving him and our cat Jib in her care while we were on holiday for two weeks and she was great at updating us with pics of her with the pets. It was lovely to relax while we were away knowing that they were happy in her care. Everything was ship shape on our return and we would very much like to use her again in the future. "

"Nathan was a great dog sitter and our two dogs really liked him. We met him in advance and had no hesitation leaving him in charge of our dogs and house. Nathan came after work each evening staying over night. We did arrange for a neighbour to let them out at lunchtime, but Nathan walked them each day. We look forward to using him again. "
