I am a 25 year old female, who has done and continues to do a lot of pet sitting, mainly dogs. 
Growing up, I've always been surrounded by a variety of animals from cats and dogs, horses, farm animals, chickens, ducks and small animals.&nbsp;
Currently I have 7 cats, 1 hamster, chickens and ducks. Sadly lost our family dog last year and would be nice to look after others.
Motivational wise, who doesn't love spending time with animals? If you're going for a walk why not take a dog for some enjoyment too If you're sitting in reading, why not have a cat by your side
Recently we have had 2 pairs of dogs back to back for weddings. Including taking them to the wedding and having them stay for the weekend. This also included, walkies.
If you are away and I am house sitting, I will send a minimum of one update a day just so you're aware your fur-baby is fine️
At the moment, I will not be taking animals into my home. That will change in the future and I will update when it has :)

Hi, I am an 18 year old and am hoping to study Engineering at Loughborough in September. 
All my life I have loved animals and I have been waiting since I was 15 when I first heard of Pawshake to create an account so I could look after other peoples furry friends! 
When I was 8, I got my first pet - Arthur the cat - however he sadly died just over a year ago due to cancer. I have missed being around cats, but since he was my best friend I didn't want to replace him, thats partly why I am so motivated to do petsitting so I can meet other amazing cats.
We now have a dog, Lotty, she is crazy and it has been a slow journey training her, but extremely rewarding seeing how she has grown and become more obedient!
I have ridden horses all my life and am extremely comfortable working with all types of horses, I was often given the trickier horses to ride when I was at a riding school and went on to loan them. Now I ride an amazing horse Dolly who I had to develop her fitness and re-teach her everything as she hadn't been ridden for months.
I have owned hamsters in the past, and my brother owns fish so I am comfortable looking after and handling all sizes and shapes of animals. I always love having a cuddle or playing with them and it would be an honour to be able to look after your pets too!

I'm an aspiring marine biologist and conservationist (and just a general animal lover) who recently returned from a trip to Africa... now seeking to earn some money before my next big job this summer. For me, there's no better way of doing that than looking after the pets that people love, while they're away. I'm fully capable of looking after any animal... dog, cat, hamster, snake, parrot... anything! I have a dog of my own... so walking dogs, feeding them, playing with them, and watching them do zoomies around the back garden is something to which I am very accustomed and which brightens my day. When I was younger, I had a bearded dragon... so I'd be a great fit for any reptilian pets in need of looking after.
