Harlow

Harlow is proof that you don’t need brain cells to function. She is a sweet girl trying her best but she’s a few crayons short of a full box. She is good with other dogs in a community/pack setting. She can get territorial when other animals or people come into her space but once she figures out you’re a friendly, her barks turn into desperate wails to come say hello to you.
