I have adopted two babies so far of which one was abandoned and the other one was neglected. The one who was negleted suffered from ptsd and I would have to carry her in my arms outside when she had to go through, by the end of her first year with me, she was back to her normal body weight and running as fast as a cheetah in the garden :') watching a pet heal is the best feeling in the whole wide world. I believe in the policy 'adopt, don't shop', cause back in my country there are countless strays. They don't choose to be stray, they are made one. This special bond I end up forming with all fur babies makes my friends call me 'dog wisperer'.  I
Honestly feel, it's not we who adopt them, but the other way round. Animals are angles sent from heaven, to save us hoomen.
