Hello, thankyou for looking for a home from home environment for your dog for either day care or boarding or both. 

The Dog Stop is run from my home and is both fully licensed by Stoke on trent council and insured.
We have been running for almost 2 years now and have many returning guests who are very happy with our service.

We have cared for many different breeds of dogs, small, medium and large. All different ages from puppy's to elderly dogs.

We only take dogs that are fully up to date with vaccination, fleeing and worming.The vaccination card must be presented on arrival to a meet and greet which we can arrange to a time of your convenience.
Meet and greets are a very important part of the process to determine wether your dog will be happy in our home. Also so that your dog can meet our two dogs and get used to the surrounding. It also enables you to view our dog friendly home. 

We have a large enclosed back garden which is not over looked.It's a nice safe place for dogs to play. We have full cctv around the property also. 

After an enitial meet and greet we will give you a form to fill in where you can tell us all the information on your dog. This covers also emergency contact details, any medical details, any medication, last dates of vaccination, fleeing and worming, feeding amounts and times, microchip number etc. There is also a consent page to sign at the end which gives your consent for your dog to play with other dogs, receive treats, play with toys etc. Also in the event your dog would need medical attention that you give your consent for us to take your dog to the vets for treatment. 

We have two very friendly Labradors (mum and daughter) who have been more than accommodating with all dogs who stay here. They have got to know all the regulars and accept them into their home.

Isolation room in case of infection. 

House cleaned every day with Parvo disinfectant.

All dogs vetted to make sure they are a good fit and friendly.

Regular up dates on how your pet is getting on including photos and videos.
