I have had over 10 years experience of owning And sitting dogs and other animals. I have looked after animals of all shapes and sizes from the biggest Great Dane down to the tiniest Gecko lizard.
My main motivation to become a pet sitter is my rescue Staffy Tank, Tank is dog reactive and has some behavioural issues. Due to this we found it very hard to get care for him when we went away. I wanted to provide a service for dogs who most people turn away.
I have been a pet sitter professionals for 2 years now and have been on over 50 sits both long term and short term. I have looked after a lot of different breeds and species. I have had many of my sits rebook with me and have built relationships with both the dogs and owners.
I personally don't believe in vaccinating pets every year and I don't do it with my own animals but I completely get that this is an owners personal choice and I will not question what you choose to do with your animals, I am there to make you happy and will stick to whatever you feel is best for your animal.
When sitting your pet I will strive to keep them in the same routine that they are in. This takes away a lot of the stress animals feel when you leave to go away, I build relationships with your animal and treat them as if they are my own and find it very hard to say goodbye. You can relax when you're on holiday knowing that your animals are in the best of hands and I send regular pictures and updates for your peace of mind.
