Hiya!
My name is Rachael and I am 29 years old, I am married, live in Stanway Colchester, have two children, aged 1 and 3, and have two Ragdoll cats called Frost and Vanilla.
My childhood pet was a lovely Golden Retriever called Monty and I met my husband while dog walking and he had a lovely Golden Retriever called Murphy.
I WFH Tuesdays and Wednesdays and I was just thinking how it would be lovely to walk with a dog during my lunch break and when I saw an advert for this I thought it was a great idea to sign up.
I don't do group walks so your dog will get a quality walk to their self, unless you have another dog, but I will limit myself to two dogs. I unfortunately won't do big dogs as I want to make sure I can keep them under control and safe for you.
If you work full days away from home and want someone to check on your pet at lunchtime I can come in, give them fresh water, top up their food bowl, empty any cat litter trays, brush your cat, give them a cuddle and treats or take your dog for a walk. You can work without worrying about your pet being lonely all day and your dog can get a walk during daytime hours.
I can comeby lunchtime Tuesdays and Wednesdays when I WFH but if your dogs are child friendly I can also come by Mondays and Fridays with my children. All walks/visits will be at least half an hour and I will send you a picture and a description of our time together.
I am perfectly fine with kittens and cats, cleaning their litter trays, I have had my cats since they were 8 weeks old. I have never had a puppy but I would keep dogs on a lead while walking them unless I (and their owner) was very confident I could recall them easily.
If you would like to arrange a meetup so I can meet your pets prior to an initial booking then please let me know, I can accommodate these visits at lunchtime Tues/Weds or any weekday after 7:30.
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Note: All times are based on the sitter’s time zone
