We are a 30 year old couple who are animal crazy, both growing up and being around animals from birth there is nothing we love more than surrounding ourselves with dogs! We are both experienced with hounds from puppies to older dogs with more needs!

We treat all dogs staying with us like they are part of our family. Our house is in a great central location and has a medium-sized back garden with grass which is completely enclosed with a fence and tall hedge so dogs can come and go as they please when they are relaxing during the day. Working from home means we are really flexible with pick-up and drop-off times and can keep dogs with their regular walking and feeding times. We will always send regular daily updates and photos so you can rest easy that your dog is having a great time!

Living a short distance from The Pentlands & Portobello, means all our guests are treated to one or two 45-minute (or less if needed) walks throughout the day on grass or sand with lots of opportunities for good sniffs.

We ask you to provide any food, treats, bedding and toys that will make your dog feel really at home, it's also good for us to know if there are any training points you want me to work on during our stay e.g. toilet training, not letting them on the sofa or upstairs, lead walking and recall.
