About Julie
Hi im julie, im 50 years off age i was a carer for the elderly for 18 years. i have grown up with dogs, but unfortunately my husband is not a dog lover so because i miss having a dog off my own. I decided to give my love and time to the doggies that i look after, i also do sit ins, but i don't stay over or have dogs over. Im very happy to cat sit too, i have a cat of my own luna 🥰 . I can 100% say i will give all the love attention your little ones could possibly be given. I have been walking one dog through borrow a dog for 8 years, but she has recently gone to doggy heaven. I also have regular individual dog walks, (i charge £15 for 1 hour walk) that i have been walking for over 2 years now, And a sit in with two spaniels all through neighbour app, i have two recommendations (which i have put on the photo gallery) one of my doggie clients ella nash, and collen downes when i did cat visits for her daughter's cat. Julie has been fantastic with our kittens doing visits during the day whilst we have been at work. She’s made sure they are well fed and stimulated through play. Julie has consistently sent videos of what they are up to which has been really reassuring. Thank you so much. ☺️
We recently hired Julie to look after our two cats while we were away, and we were overall really happy with the experience. Julie is reliable, trustworthy and professional, meeting with us beforehand to discuss the schedule and meet the cats.
One of our cats, Vinnie, gets upset when we are away and Julie took the time to build his trust with play sessions and treats and by the end he was wiggling around showing his belly; a rare treat for those he trusts! He played interactive toys with Julie every day, highlighting Julie's patience, calm approach and experience with upset cats.
Our other cat Roxi is very shy around new people and just hides. Julie made sure that she ate too, ensuring that our other cat didn't eat her food and providing fresh water. Roxi looked happy and healthy when we got back, so this is a credit to Julie.
Julie provided regular video and text updates throughout the home visits, which gave us peace of mind. Showing any progress during interactive play sessions.
The cat trays were scooped and binned as needed, so we came back to a clean home and cats had a clean and safe environment. Water was topped up for both cats too.
We returned home to two happy and safe cats and we couldn't be happier. We can therefore highly recommend Julie to anybody considering her services.
