We’re a dynamic Hong Kong and French couple, passionate about all things furry! Back home, we share our lives with DimDim, an energetic 11-month-old Border Collie, Feifei the playful chinchilla, and the cuddly Ragdoll, Muimui. We've nurtured them since they were babies, showering them with love and attention. Arthur also grew up with Picou, a half border collie half Irish Cether for 12 years while in France.

Our cozy apartment in Hayes is just 20 minutes from central London and near beautiful parks and canals, ideal for playtime. Plus, we keep our space clean and warm, ensuring a safe haven for your beloved pets.

Your pets will feel right at home with us! We believe in daily adventures and time dedication —like 1hr daily walks and even swims in the sea for DimDim—ensuring our furry friends stay healthy and happy. We live on the 3rd floor with very safe windows, so your cats won't escape! Our apartment is well insulated and your pets will be warm and cozy!  We’re committed to providing the same care and affection to your pets that we give our own. After all, animals are the purest form of love!

Chi is a dedicated art psychotherapy student who goes to campus two days a week and Arthur is a nurturing nursery teacher. We’re responsible, loving, and empathetic pet lovers who cherish our time at home. We love cooking healthy meals and enjoying cozy moments with pets, ensuring they receive all the love and attention they deserve.
