Hello!

Due to working commitments and family responsibilities and a very anxious Maine Coone , I can't have a dog full-time but really miss having one! I do have lots of experience with both dogs and cats having owned both throughout my childhood and adult life. 

I'm also a trained and fully qualified dog groomer which I done for several years although I no longer offer this service as I no longer own the equipment! I've owned a range of breeds including American Akita's and a Samoyed as my own pets. I grew up with a range of family pets due to rescuing and fostering dogs; some of the ones we decided to keep along the way included , jack Russel, lab , shar pei, pit bull , staffie and chihuahuas 

I do miss having a dog around, and I love all cats too! As we enter the summer, I am available to house sit at you're home to ensure you're beloved fur baby/s are comfortable and to reduce any separation anxiety they may have whilst you are on holiday. As you can imagine due to my experience of working in a groomers and family rescuing I have a host of skills and expertise I've picked up throughout my life. 

I can also accommodate walks, feeding, administrating oral medication, play , litter changes, and daily check ins for those who require support for example due to work or day trips over the summer. 

Unfortunately due to house renovations and a nervous cat I currently can not accept cats or dogs for boarding at my own home. 

I do also drive an SUV and can provide drop offs and collections. As well as offering peace of mind in the event of an emergency I can travel to a vet of you're choosing within practise hours or most local during out of hours. I also come with pet carriers suitable for large cats and small breed dogs. For medium , large or giant breed of dogs they will be transported securely with a doggie seat belt. 

You're pets' safety is my top priority. Having worked with a number of dog behaviourists and trainers over the decades, I know all too well that some doggies need their space for a variety of reasons. Irrespective of how well behaved your fur baby may be recall is never guaranteed - especially in the absence of the owner. 

For the saftey of both you're fur baby and animals, I shall ensure all dogs in my care remain on their leash whilst on walks unless otherwise requested. Please note if you would prefer you're dog is walked off leash you will either need to book a dog park or field for your dogs use or advise of an enclosed safe area.
