About Holly
My name is Holly and I'm a Kiwi living who's been living in London for the last five years. The classic New Zealand two year OE (overseas experience) that ended up being extended as London continues to have so much to offer. I work full time for the NHS as a physiotherapist, working with older adults in a community setting which is both challenging and very rewarding.
I'm a huge animal lover, the fluffier the better! But my current life/work set-up means that I'm unable to commit to having a fur-baby of my own. I'm very comfrotable around animals of all sizes and have had several cats and small mammals as pets prior to leaving New Zealand. My friends know that I'm always up to meet a new furry friend and have often been found attempting to coax farm animals to birds over to say hello.
I've been pet sitting for a year and I really enjoy being able to have some quality time/cuddles with animals as well as giving their owners some peace of mind while they're away and knowing that their pet will be well taken care of! Most of my own work takes place within patients own homes, so I am used to being in an unfamilar environment and treating other peoples homes and posessions with respect and care.
I usually visit pets at in their own homes and am able to visit both morning and evening if required. I usually try to spend at least 30 minutes during each visit in order to keep your fluffy friend company and give them any extra love and attention they may need (along with ensuring that essential tasks are completed during that time). I'll always ensure to leave your home clean and tidy with picking up mail from the floor and cleaning up any mess that may have been made during the day or in litter boxes. I'm happy to administer oral and topical medications but I'm not able to administer injectables at this point.
