"Alicia was absolutely phenomenal with our cat Ravioli. Ravioli is a sweet boy who needs attention and lots of pets but initially he is quite shy. Alicia was so good and patience with him and got him to come out and play. Ravioli became quite confident with her. She sent us updates, as well as photos and video of playtime and pet time. When we returned Ravioli was happy and healthy, he had a great time in Alicia’s care. I would definitely recommend her!! :) "
