Hello, My name is Jess and I own and run my own company offering services of Dog Walking, Pet visits and Pet Taxi services in and around the Medway area.

But let's start at the beginning. I moved to Rainham in 2018 after my partner was offered a job down here, I had lived in Milton Keynes before this and helped run a distribution warehouse as my main employment. The change of scenery gave me new vigor to get back to working with animals, which I had done from a very young age. Whether it be growing up with all your typical pets and owning my own as an adult, water rescue training newfoundlands or working full time as a kennel maid, animals have always been a big part of my life and long may that continue! Moving allowed me to completely change my vocation and it's so rewarding working with animals, seeing their happy smiling faces after a good walk and the love you receive from being with them.

Along with the insurance we get booking through Pawshake I also have my own, plus I am DBS (formally CRB) checked and Pet First Aid trained. I own a van that has safety cages for safe transportation and have a clean driving licence.

Services provided:

Dog Walking - From £18/hr.

Whether you have a young energetic Spaniel or a slower paced dog that needs a plod around the block, that's absolutely fine. I will work out the best places I can take your dog/s with the time I am with them. Depending on where you live, travelling over further distances may increase the rates but with regular bookings you could make saving's.

Pet Visit's - From £18/hr. Two visits from £30/day. More required? Please get in touch.

We use a pet sitter to look after our cat's and understand that allowing what starts as a stranger into your home and then have them look after your precious pets can be daunting. One of our cat's is gorgeous 20yr old Quizzie who needs all her food mushing up and medication adding and then we have handsome 14yr old Marmalade who is diabetic and requires a strict food/insulin regime. So you see, if I can intrust someone to look after those two like I have to, any other Pet Visit I make should be a breeze!

Staying at Pets's Home - £31/night

This would mean your pet/s can stay in their own home which for some animals would mean a much less stressful period for them. Working in a kennels and cattery before I know that some dog's are absolutely fine in that enviroment but others do find it difficult. Only really you, the owner can gauge what would be best for them and I know it isn't always an easy decision. It's only since our cat's health has changed the past couple of years did we start using a pet sitter, and we're thankful that service is available to us.

Pet Taxi (Vets, Groomers, Train Station etc) - £15/hr or part hr. Advance booking required
