Hi fellow pet owners!

My name is Andrea and I am a 23 year-old living in Silverdale (Newcastle) with my cat, Jane, whom I have had for over 10 years.

I do not find taking care of animals tiring or boring and I am prepared to take care of any and all needs of your pet within my range of abilities. I also have other experience taking care of pets such as turtles and frogs as well as hamsters. I have additionally previously worked on a ranch where I cared for horses, dogs, pigs, and bunnies etc., which included grooming and feeding as well as keeping them company.

With that in mind, I am open to sitting for any kind of pet including reptiles and amphibians. I am currently studying my masters at Keele University and so I will be available all days except Wednesdays and Thursdays.

I hope to have the proper facilities required to help make your pets' life more comfortable and enjoyable. I do not have specific restrictions for any pets though it should be taken into consideration that I am quite a petite lady at 5 feet (154cm) tall so it could be difficult if the pet is not only big but aggressive as well. I am willing to make the most of my job as a sitter by adhering as best as possible to whatever agenda the pet usually follows.

My services include dog walking, 1-2 house visits and house sitting. For dog walking, I can walk your pet for 30 minutes to an hour or longer if needed including multiple walks which I can do during mornings or afternoons and possibly evenings, though that would result in additional charges. For a single house visit, I can stay for half an hour to an hour in which I will make sure to clean your pet’s litter as well as their food and water bowls but I can stay for longer depending on what is preferred, which would also result in additional charges. For 2 house visits I will do the same with any additional specification whether it is feeding twice or walking twice. For house sitting, I can stay overnight and up to 24 hours or less and keep your pet company while also maintaining cleanliness in the house and only leaving the house to walk your pet or to buy food if necessary. I am also able to do other tasks such as taking out the garbage or getting the mail at no extra cost. If there are multiple pets, I charge an additional £5 per pet.

Lastly, I would just like to mention that I do not own a car so the biggest concern for me would be distance. I am afraid if I am not walking distance (about 1.5-2 miles max) and cannot get a ride then I will most likely not be able to pet sit but it may change depending on the circumstance so do not hesitate to check with me!
