Hello! I'm Christy, a 28 year old accountant who has recently packed in the office life to train as a safari and field guide in South Africa from 2025! Between now and then I am GU4 based and would love to spend this new found free time caring for your pets.
I have always loved animals, and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Cambridge in zoology to gain even more animal knowledge.
I have experience with pet sitting and grew up mainly with two cats (Jester and Merlin). Both of them could be a handful at times but I have loved growing up alongside them. Due to their old age I have had experience with providing oral medications and caring for them post operations. Sadly, we lost Jester earlier this year, and due to Merlin being a rather antisocial animal who likes to spend his time in the garden, I would love to be able to provide cuddles elsewhere!
I have always been in a cat household but also love dogs and have experience dog walking and dog sitting. I am also happy to care for any rodents or reptiles you may have! The main serivces I offer are sitting services for feeding , brushing and general care such as playing for cats twice a day at your home. I can also offer dog walking once or twice a day.
I am unable to care for animals in my own home so can only do house sits and visits. My schedule is very flexible as I am currently in an employment gap before moving abroad so can provide visits at any time. I also have my own car so can drive to a variety of local places.
Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions!

Christy was an absolute lifesaver, and we’re so grateful she could look after our little furbaby - she has a calm and friendly nature, and quickly made us feel confident in leaving our doggo with her without having to worry at all. Can highly recommend her! Thanks again!
