My name is Suzy, thank you for coming to check out my profile.

I have always been an animal and feel very lucky that I have been able to interact with so many animals as well as keeping some as pets.

I currently have an 8 year old Shih Tzu cross called Sunny, a year old black long haired cat called Lilith and 2 6 months old musk turtles called Tommi and Ozzy.

Home visits to your house will be a minimum of half an hour so that I can make sure your pet is happy, have some play time and that they have plenty of food and water. I will also clean yours pets bowls and litter tray if needed.

For dog walking, I am happy to take your dog to any parks or dog friendly areas that you would prefer or I will take them to the parks that use for my dog. If you do not want my dog to come on the walk, that is perfectly fine, you only have to let me know.

I am also happy to look after any other pets that you have such as rabbits, turtles, fish, birds, etc. As long as I have full instructions on what your pet will need from me, I will do it.

Also during my time with your pets, I will take pictures and videos that I will send to you so that you are assured everything is fine.

If you would like me to spend the night, I am happy to do so but we will need to agree on a time that I arrive at your house and when I leave to work out a fair price.

I have previous experience with rescue animals, my previous dog Lady, was very badly treated by her previous owner where she was just used for breeding. We were told her last litter died inside her so they didn't want her anymore. At first, she was very scared of us but after a lot of patience and offering her love, she finally trusted us and became one of the most loving and happy dogs I have ever had. She unfortunately passed away in 2019 aged 12.

I previously worked in a pet shop along side a dog behaviourist so I learnt a lot from him about why dogs sometimes behave the way they do and have used this information to help my own dog Sunny. I don't claim to be an expert on dogs but I understand that some animals need time to check you out when you are new to them. They need to have a sniff and sometimes a lick to make sure you are trustworthy. This is why I don't stroke dogs or cats that I haven't met before until they have checked me out first.
