"Joanne was amazing; from communicating with her to arrange the initial intro meeting to her regular 'pupdates' whilst we were away, Joanne was very forthcoming. For the 10 days that Scout stayed with her, Joanne took her in as a member of her family; she took the time and patience to gently coax our slightly nervous dog until she was completely comfortable. It was like a home from home for Scout, in fact I think Scout is really missing Joanne since we got home! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joanne's dog boarding service and will be definitely asking Joanne if Scout can stay with her again."

"We planned a holiday abroad and for the first time needed to find someone to care for our 2 year old dog. I came across Pawshake. Ideally I wanted someone to care for my dog who lived locally. Zoe was in the perfect location, additionally there were local green spaces. My first meeting with Zoe was very positive she interacted well with my dog and myself. We discussed how he was as a pet/family member and anything else she needed to know. She was very flexible, which I appreciated. We did choose Zoe and my dog boarded at her home. Zoe sent us pictures whilst we were away, and gave updates of how our dog was doing. When we returned our dog was well presented. We would choose to have Zoe care for our dog again. Thank you"

"Leaving our little Yorkie(Leia) with Katie was a really good experience for our dog and for us! She suggested we meet before the dog boarding started and I got to meet her and her lovely little dog before hand. It gave me great confidence and I felt happy to leave Leia with her, Katie is lovely. She had Leia for almost 12 days and we had great communication from her and pictures/videos. We were nervous to leave her that long but when we picked her up she was happy. Thanks so so much Katie. 🙂"

"Monica and her family were fantastic sitters. I’m always anxious about leaving my cockapoo with sitters but I knew immediately that he was in good hands and would be treated like a family member. " Catalina and her lovely boyf are the best dog sitters Bud has ever had. I had loads of photos and updates showing me he was being loved and spoiled. "I can't recommend Neil enough! From our initial meet, to our dogs 1 week stay, professional throughout. Neil has a really calm, inviting and dog friendly house with direct access to his garden. It was perfect for my dog as I wanted it to mimic being at 'home' as best possible so he'd feel comfortable when we had to leave him. Neil's very friendly dog also helped Reilly feel at ease in the new environment as well. He updated us daily with pictures and videos which helped reassure us our dog was doing fine. He had Reilly over the recent weeks heatwave which couldn't of been easy but Neil made sure to take him our extra early so it was cool and then a further 2 short walks later on in the day. We had to leave extra early for the airport and Neil even collected our dog from our house (for a small fee) which really helped us out! We go away a lot and I have to say Neil is one of the best boarders we've used and we'll definitely be using him again."

"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.
