Hello! My name is Pooja and I'm in my 3rd year of university, currently studying Psychology. I've always loved animals since I was young and have experience with taking care of dogs since I have two of my own! I also have experience with very young puppies and hand raising. I have had the most experience with Pomeranians and small breed dogs, but love all dogs no matter what size and age:) I've been voluntarily pet sitting for friends and family in the past, so have a lot of experience with dogs and cats. I also have experience taking care of indoor rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs.

I've had experience with reactive and nervous dogs, and understand how to handle them. I've worked a lot with my eldest dog to overcome her nervousness and reactivity towards other people and she's come a long way as a result. It would however be great if we can do a couple of meet ups before booking, if you do have a reactive dog, to ensure that they are comfortable with me and will be okay whilst you're away.

I also have years of experience with raising fish as I've had my own for several years, So I'm happy to pop in every day to feed them for you. (this service will be discounted)

Currently, the services I offer are home visits and doggy day care at my house for small female or neutered male dogs

I can come to your home once or twice a day, to check in on your pet whilst you're away! I will feed them, change their water, let them out in the garden or take them on a short walk and play with them. I can also water any plants and other basic services. Our pets mean the world to us, so I understand that whilst you're away, they will constantly be on your minds. I will send daily pictures and videos, so you will be at ease, knowing that your pet is in safe and loving hands.

For doggy day care, I offer services from 8am to 6pm. Please enquire if you need services for longer hours! Your pup will have the time of their life at our house with us and our three dogs. We have a fully enclosed back garden with grass, tiles and plenty of shade, so your pup will be able to have full free run of the house and garden during their stay. At the moment, I won't be taking any dogs out for walks due to the increased likelihood of heatstroke but there is plenty of company for your pup to enjoy and fun activities to do indoors, such as puzzle toys and mini scavenger hunts! However, there are also plenty of spaces for them to nap so it's completely up to them! They will have access to puppy pads and the garden with supervision.

Incase of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, where I cannot pop in for a home visit, my mum is happy to help me out and visit your pet instead of me, so you can be reassured that you won't have to be stressed whilst you're away. She can also attend the meet and greet if you would like, so you know who will be in your home in case of any emergencies.
