I am studying at the University of York and I am happy to cat and house sit in places close to Uni of York/City Centre. I have done a fair amount of cat sitting in York too now and am familiar with the basic ins and outs of Pawshake website, meet and greets and cat sitting here. I am reliable and punctual and will keep you updated on your cat/s through texts, pictures, videos on Whatsapp whenever I do the house vists. 

I have one cat back home whom I miss terribly and also miss all the stray cats in my building who I used to feed during my morning and evening walks. Back home, I have worked informally with my building's resident association to ensure that the stray cats are taken care of and fed properly. I have also personally made sure to take time out so that I could take two of those stray cats to the vet when they were injured and to then care for them at my house according to the vet's advice. I have also worked briefly to manage logistics for individuals who fostered kittens/cats. 

So, I definitely think I am experienced in caring for cats and absolutely enjoy it, whether it is cuddling, playing with them or cleaning.

I don't own a bicycle nor do I drive so I would be walking to nearby places only such as Heslington, Fulford, City Centre or Campus East areas. Flexible with some other areas too, just message and confirm with me :)

Cat/House Sitting:

I would be happy to: Play with cats, feed them, clean, cuddle, send you pictures and updates daily.

House sit:

I am happy to house sit/stay overnight along with cat sitting as well while you are away and am a generally clean person who is respectful of other people's space and things and I am also good at general housekeeping so I will make sure to keep the house clean as well as your pet cat comfortable. Any other housekeeping tasks that needs to be done should be mentioned. :)

Housekeeping Extras: Water plants, collect mail, collecting milk and anything else, on request.

House Visit:

Each house visit would be around 30 minutes to 1 hour where I would feed, clean the litter, cuddle and play with your cat and carry out any other instruction or task you have specified for your cat.
Ideally would prefer house visits to be in the morning or afternoon but flexible with evenings too depending on my own schedule. Any other housekeeping tasks that needs to be done should be mentioned. :)
