About Us:
We are Alex & Jo and together we have a wealth of experience owning and caring for animals. Alex, having a passion for animals from an early age, studied animal care and is familiar with caring for all sorts of animals including foxes!. Having had pets his entire life, he is naturally kind natured and experienced in all aspects of dog and cat care. Jo has experience with almost every breed of dog from giant to toy breeds. She has cared for a range of exotic birds, reptiles and even sugar gliders.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats in the main family home. However your pet(s) will be cared for in our safe and fully fenced off private lodge with 24 hour undivided care and attention.
We provide fun, reliable pet care in the beautiful New Forest, close to beaches and stunning woodland areas where your dog(s) can get all the exercise, care and attention they need.
Our services include:
Dog Walking - Standard hour long dog walk. This can be solo or in a pack dependant on your dogs sociability.
Doggy Day Care - Drop your pet off for a day of playtime and walking adventures, feeding and nap time. Full Day & Half Day (4 Hours) services available. Also pick up and drop off options are available for a small additional fuel fee.
Dog Boarding - Your dog(s) stay will include adventure walks, plenty of playtime, feeding and tons of snuggles.
Dog Grooming - Basic grooming includes bathing, eyes & ears cleaned, coat trimming, dog perfume. Prices for this service is tailored based on the size and needs of your dog, but will not exceed £30.
Home Visits - This popular service includes all types of animals. Also any daily chores will be carried out while you are away such as plant watering, refuse disposal and general cleaning up after your pets.
We will provide you with daily progress updates, pictures and videos for you peace of mind while you are away. We look forward to meeting you and your beloved companions, Alex & Jo :)

I was usure about using a third party agency to book boarding for my Daisy a Labrador. At first the cost seems so much compared to my usual kennels. However, Daisy having much more human contact and care by someone as calming as Alex compared to noisy kennels with only brief human contact was my chief concern and the value of that is so high.
Alex is very caring, and the walks she had with him and the other dogs looked beautiful. The dog ‘Chalet’ is brilliant with it’s own piece of fenced in ‘garden for the dogs to chill out in or play - even a garden swing in good weather for them to use. The location is peaceful and really nice with so many walks nearby. Daisy came back to us chilled out and happy - believe me I can tell, coming out of the kennels she would be breaking her neck to get into the car, panting heavily, I took that to be her having missed us and the barking of the other dogs when we arrived building her into a frenzy. We arrived to collect her and instead of multiple dogs barking all was quiet, we went with Alex to the doggie lodgings and everything was calm, she was excited to see us but not frenzied as before. Fantastic!. Alex was sending me updates and photos of Daisy and the other dogs regularly with comments on how she was getting on (including one of her tucking into a nuckle bone). 10/10 Alex. 🙏🏻
We are so pleased we have found Alex and Jo’s place for our 3 yr old Vizsla Freddy to spend time when we are away. Every thing is great from care, fun, walks, time with other dog guests, toys, human time, comfort, communication with plenty of photos, security and peace of mind for us. Cannot recommend Alex and Jo enough.
