As a genuine dog lover with 2 wonderful fur babies of my own, I understand how stressful and overwhelming it can feel to be apart from your pooch.
Let me ease concerns by offering your VIP a loving home from home, full of fun, comfort and adventure.

After many years caring for friends, family and my own dogs, I decided to take a leap and open our home to guest dogs.
I didn't realise it at the time, but this was to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to turn my love for dogs and their wellbeing into my full time vocation. 

I live in the beautiful village of Longniddry with my husband, 2 little dogs and our old cat.

Your VIP will be lovingly welcomed into our home and family. They can enjoy a clean, smoke free, very dog friendly detached house with large fully fenced and gated private garden with lots of space to explore.
Living in the countryside we spend a lot of time having outdoor adventures and exploring the beautiful beaches, fields, woods and parks which are less than a 10 minute walk from the house.
What could be better after a lovely long beach walk than snuggling on the sofas with cozy blankets (and on colder days, hot water bottles) or stretching out by the log fire for a well earned snooze.

As a dog parent myself, I'm aware we can suffer separation anxiety when not with our fur babies.
To ease your mind, I’ll send you daily pupdates with photos & videos of your pooches adventures to let you see how they are getting on, leaving you free to relax.

🐾 SERVICES & TARUFFS 🐾

Home boarding is my full time job which is why I'm able to dedicate 100% of my time into providing the dogs in my care with a fun packed holiday. 

🐾 Fully licensed and insured

🐾 Home boarding for small breed dogs (10kgs or less)  

🐾 Maximum of 2 guest dogs are boarding at a time to ensure individual needs are met

🐾 2 long walks per day (2 - 3 hour walk in the morning and 1 - 1 1/2 hour walk in the evening) 

🐾 Comfort breaks every hour throughout the day 

🐾 Lots of playtime in the house and garden throughout the day 

🐾 Unlimited snuggles and tummy rubs 

DOGGY BOARDING (24 hours)
7 days a week

Dogs feel relaxed and happy when they have a regular routine, to enable me to provide this for them I have designated check in / check out times. 

🐾 Check in is between 8am - 12noon. 

🐾 Check out is before or at the same time as check in. 

Daycare is available to book if a later check out is required. 

Daycare finishes at 4.30pm. 

TINY TOTS AND TWEENIES

Puppies - tweenies aged 12 weeks - 2 years

Boarding - £50 per night 

Not all guest dogs appreciate the high energy and excitement puppies and tweenies bring so are boarded without any other guests. (unless from the same household) This enables me to provide them with the extra care, attention and training they require. 

YOUNG ADULTS TO GOLDEN YEARS

Doggies aged 2 years - senior 

Boarding - £28 per night

A supplement of £10.00 will apply to all rates from 24th December - 4th January.

THE IMPORTANT BIT

To keep everyone healthy I ask that all doggies are up to date with their:

🐾 Vaccinations 

🐾 Flea, worming & tick treatments

🐾 Fully toilet trained - no longer using puppy pads (over the age of 6 months.)

🐾 Neutered / spayed (over the age of 6 months.)

To provide the best possible care for your VIP it is very important to be open and honest about any quirks or behavioural problems your dog may have (including toileting, biting, nipping, excessive barking, separation anxiety, nervousness / issues around other dogs) prior to arranging a meet & greet. 

Your dog will be staying in our home with our 2 dogs and another guest dog so MUST enjoy the company of other dogs. 

I AM UNABLE TO OFFER BOARDING FOR DOGS WHO SHOW ANY FORM OF AGGRESSION TOWARDS DOGS OR PEOPLE.

PLEASE NOTE -
We have an old cat who has her own dog free area of the house with private access to her own outdoor space, meaning she won’t come into physical contact with your pooch during their stay.
