About Sophia
Hi, I'm a dog-lover based in central Cheltenham and absolutely love spending time walking, playing with and caring for dogs!
I mostly work from home and have recently bought a house with a fenced garden and ideal space and security for caring for dogs.
I'd love to adopt my own, however, since I travel fairly regularly for work and live alone, it would unfortunately not be suitable to do so at this point in my life. However, I still very much love to spend time with dogs and care for them, even if I am not able to adopt my own at the moment.
I have previously owned and raised a dachshund and grew up with various pets, including cats, rabbits, hamsters and fish. I have also taken care of friends' and family's pets of various breeds, sizes and personalities over the past few years, and recently made this a more regular commitment, given I now have the ideal space at home for sitting/boarding.
In my free time, I am very active and enjoy regular walks and runs in the local parks and hills, and also enjoy CrossFit training.
I have a large car that is suitable for transporting dogs in crates, and live very close to Crickmore Vets, plus have my own pet sitting insurance cover, should the need ever arise.
I'm in close walking distance to various parks, including Pittville Park, and dogs under my care get 2-3 walks per day, depending on individual requirements, plus plenty of fuss and attention.

Sophia was excellent from the start.
She was quick and eager to communicate, and was able to accommodate our travel plans and short notice time changes.
Our dog Pacho has informed me that Sophia treated him with lots of love and cuddles, and even let him bark at the postman which is his favorite pass time.
We would use Sophias friendly and efficient services again for sure.
Can't rate Sophia enough- really flexible with drop off and pick up times and left with a very content dog at the end of the day. Thanks again!
