Hello there! I'm an experienced pet sitter having looked after many dogs and cats in their own homes through house sitting. I am an easy-going, honest and reliable person who loves travel, nature and wildlife. I started house sitting as a way to extend my travels and after ending each sit with a very happy host and several asking me back, I've decided to continue professionally in my own area. Every animal I care for becomes a precious pal and I just love spending time with them! Now that I'm not travelling I can also offer more services such as dog-walking and day visits. 

My Experience

I have completed 7 house sits in the last year, each 1 - 3 weeks in duration looking after various breeds of dogs - big and small, old and young - as well as cats. I've also pet-sitted for friends and family, and Wwoofed whilst travelling, which involves helping out on farms in exchange for food and accommodation. I've milked cows, fed pigs, bottle-fed lambs, man-handled sheep, mucked out horses, moved livestock as well as helping with general maintenance of the land. I love being outdoors and in nature, but I also love cuddling up indoors with furry friends, so I'm more than happy covering all bases according to your pet's needs and preferences.

Housesitting

It's an honour to be trusted to stay in someone's home and look after their furry family members, and I don’t take it lightly! I'm very responsible and respectful and will always treat your home and pets as if they were my own. I'm a peaceful person and provide a warm and calming presence which gives animals a feeling of security and quickly helps settle anxieties. This could be especially helpful if you travel frequently and would prefer to have the same sitter whom yourself and your pets know and trust. It’s really special to know I’m helping someone have peace of mind while they're away and my aim is to always see a smile on your face when you return.

Dog walking and Visits

I know lots of lovely walks, parks and open areas in Lincoln after years of being out and about with our family dog Georgie, who sadly passed away last year. It would be a joy to have regular dog walks again and I love a good game of fetch! When visiting your pet I can feed and water them, play with them in the garden or inside, give lots of cuddles and attention, check their general wellbeing and send you updates and photos.
