Hey everyone!
Myself and my husband Patrick are motivated to become pet sitters as we are animal enthusiasts.
I have grown up my whole life with dogs and currently own a beautiful two year old German shepherd called Luna.
Shes a friendly dog , and by doing this . I think it would be both nice for her and potential dogs I would look after to have a companion when staying at ours .
I volunteered at dogs trust , helping with all aspects of care for dogs . So I am fully confident. My partner and my jobs are fully flexible to care for dogs . So one of us is always at home in the day . As he does late shifts . We take our dog on 2 walks a day . She gets a 2 hour walk in morning and a shorter one in evening . We have no children so a very calm environment .
For any one looking for day care , this is something I can do . But I can't commit to it on a regular basis , due to my husbands shift work . Particular days and times can't be guaranteed.
My preference is small to medium dogs .
With larger dogs , male dogs
The services we provide .
2 walks a day . A two hour walk and a shorter evening walk .
If you live local to me . I could potentially do drop off and pick up for £10
Can administer medication to dogs .
Only thing I would require would be for the food to be provided . Everything else we have .
Would want dogs to be vaccinated .
Male dogs must be neutered

This was Dillon’s second “holiday” with Katie and Patrick
It’s clear he is comfortable with them and feels a cherished part of their family. As a rescue dog he has several unexplained idiosyncrasies, one of them is that he is very cautious about walking through unknown doors.
On this second visit, he walked straight through the front door with his tail wagging. He knew he was in a safe place

After the initial "meet & greet" I was confident that Dillon was in the most capable of hands.
Dillon is a rescue, been with me for one year, and I was a little nervous about leaving him for such a long period.
Katie and Patrick were understanding of my concern and made sure that whilst I was away I was kept up to date with news, photos and videos.
It made my holiday even more pleasurable knowing that Dillon was also having a good time and being cared for so well
Delighted with my choice and we have already booked again for a long weekend.
