"My dog can be a bit nervy so it was good to find that Steve was so relaxed and laid back. He was very obliging when I had to change the date and time and just seemed to take everything in his stride. Although Pella was pleased to see me, she was not frantically excited and I could tell that she had settled down and had been well looked after. I would be happy for her to stay with them again. "

"Sam was excellent, with our dog, we are having building work done and she has been very flexible with us re arranging dates. She is a natural with dogs and our dog Linda gets on very well with her. Would defiantly recommend!

I've left my dog Herbert with them twice now and he has come back happier than Larry both times.

"I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Pawshake. Jaana the dog carer is awesome- a natural dog lover who is very experienced in looking after different breeds and gives her full attention to the needs of the dog. She is a good communicator went above the call of duty in taking care of my fury one, Karna whilst we were abroad for 11 days, and her updates greatly helped to ease my mind. She is very dedicated to her job as a carer which I strongly feel is very rare to find amongst carers. She is an absolute ‘gem’ and is apparent that she loves what she does. A carer like her is a great asset to the Pawshake organisation!! She has a sweet temperament, common sense and a high level of patience and understanding. On my return journey my car broke down and I got a bit delayed to pick my dog and Jaana was very understanding and reassured me that not to worry and she would wait for me.
I am very happy to mention that in the future Jaana would be my first choice to be my dog carer unless she is not available. Karna had a lovely time with Jaana’s dogs and he was missing their company even after we returned home. I am very happy and satisfied with Jaana’s care. With no hesitation I can recommend Jaana to anyone.

" Catalina and her lovely boyf are the best dog sitters Bud has ever had. I had loads of photos and updates showing me he was being loved and spoiled. He was returned to me happy, glossy, healthy and well exercised! And Catalina was really helpful and flexible about pickup and collection times which made life/flights/taxis so much less stressful. "Eden and Jun'te were absolutely brilliant with Mabel our Springer Spaniel and will now be my go to sitters for any future bookings.
This was Mabel's first experience of at home boarding (having previously stayed in kennels) and she appeared to be much happier with this arrangement.
She was allowed to settle in at her own pace and she was soon confident around her new friends,
She was also exercised for much longer than her kennel stay, which was much appreciated for our very active girl.
Communication from Eden and Jun'te was amazing, with pics and updates daily. This again was something we had not previously experienced and the reassurance of seeing Mabel happy and smiling was priceless.
I highly recommend Eden and Jun'te to anyone looking to board their precious pouch in a safe and loving environment.

"Our dog stayed with Liza for a week, she has 2 other lovely dogs and we met for a walk beforehand to ask any questions and allow the dogs to meet in a neutral place which was great. We got regular photos and videos and Liza let us know how he was sleeping and eating too. We knew our dog was in a great environment while we were away, we could tell he was having a great time (especially seeing how sleepy he was after he got home 😂) we would definitely book again in future!"

"Pluto had a wonderful time with Sarah. He went for walks, had lots of playtime, Sarah sent me photos of Pluto playing, walking and relaxing around her house and I had no concerns whatsoever whilst I was away. "Barney went to Charlotte for a 7 day break whilst we went away on holiday. Having met Charlotte for the first time on our meet and greet I had every confidence that Barney would be well cared for. During his stay I received daily photos highlighting numerous and varied walks. In photos he always looked very content and enjoying the company of Charlotte’s dog Marli. Barney had a great stay.
