Hello!
Due to working commitments and family responsibilities and a very anxious Maine Coone , I can't have a dog full-time but really miss having one! I do have lots of experience with both dogs and cats having owned both throughout my childhood and adult life.&nbsp;
I'm also a trained and fully qualified dog groomer which I done for several years although I no longer offer this service as I no longer own the equipment! I've owned a range of breeds including American Akita's and a Samoyed as my own pets. I grew up with a range of family pets due to rescuing and fostering dogs; some of the ones we decided to keep along the way included , jack Russel,  lab , shar pei, pit bull , staffie and chihuahuas&nbsp;
I do miss having a dog around, and I love all cats too! As we enter the summer,   I am available to house sit at you're home to ensure you're beloved fur baby/s are comfortable and to reduce any separation anxiety they may have whilst you are on holiday. As you can imagine due to my experience of working in a groomers and family rescuing I have a host of skills and expertise I've picked up throughout my life.&nbsp;
I can also accommodate walks, feeding, administrating oral medication,  play , litter changes, and daily check ins for those who require support for example due to work or day trips over the summer.&nbsp;
Unfortunately due to house renovations and a nervous cat I currently can not accept cats or dogs for boarding at my own home.&nbsp;
I do also drive an SUV and can provide drop offs and collections. As well as offering peace of mind in the event of an emergency I can travel to a vet of you're choosing within practise hours or most local during out of hours. I also come with pet carriers suitable for large cats and small breed dogs. For medium , large or giant breed of dogs they will be transported securely with a doggie seat belt.&nbsp;
You're pets' safety is my top priority. Having worked with a number of dog behaviourists and trainers over the decades, I know all too well that some doggies need their space for a variety of reasons. Irrespective of how well behaved your fur baby may be recall is never guaranteed - especially in the absence of the owner.&nbsp;
For the saftey of both you're fur baby and animals, I shall ensure all dogs in my care remain on their leash whilst on walks unless otherwise requested. Please note if you would prefer you're dog is walked off leash you will either need to book a dog park or field for your dogs use or advise of an enclosed safe area.&nbsp;
For home stay enquires that are seven days or above please contact me to discuss reduced rates.

Please note any dog walks will only consist of dogs from the same household at anytime.



From the age of 5yrs I have been surrounded by rescue cats in my parents home, over the years we had as many as 4 cats at one time.
As soon as I had my own house I needed to have a pet to make it feel like home. I adopted Frank when he was 7 years old. He is my ginger baby who only has 3 legs but it doesn’t stop him! His accident happened before we adopted him. He is now 10 &amp; he demands love &amp; will chat away to you for hours.
I then adopted Dexter (after the TV show) at 12 weeks old. He had a traumatic first few weeks after he was born &amp; this made him VERY nervous around humans but after nearly a year of patience &amp; going at his pace we have the most loving boy who loves cuddles &amp; playing with you.&nbsp;
I have been blessed to have grandparents who had dogs all through my childhood. We loved nothing more than going for long walks &amp; me &amp; my sister took turns who got to hold the lead. My partners family also have dogs &amp; although I don’t own a dog this has made it clear we will be adopting a dog in the future.
My fur babies are my world &amp; I understand how important these pets are in our lives. I would show &amp; treat your pets the same as I do my own.&nbsp;
I aim to be as flexible as possible. I currently volunteer a few hours a week on a Wednesday morning at my local cancer care centre. However, I would still be available before 9am &amp; after 1pm on Wednesday.
I would be able to work around most schedules &amp; offer recurrent bookings this is required.&nbsp;
Unfortunately as I have two cats I would not want to cause themselves or your pets stress by sitting in my own home.&nbsp;
However, I am more than happy to attend daytime visits or overnight sitting in your home as well as walking services.&nbsp;
I am a very organised &amp; believe in safety for myself &amp; your pet. Therefore I feel it’s really important that I offer clear &amp; reliable communication. I would be happy to meet you &amp; your pet before any walking services. For day &amp;/or night sitting I would require to visit your home so all parties are comfortable moving forward. 
I have a full PVG disclosure that I am happy to share with yourself.
